Lead Designer at AB InBev

I'm a French designer living in London, leading design at AB InBev on PerfectDraft. The app, the machines, the campaigns, all of it.

I believe in standardising first, then refining. We don't start from a blank page; we start from a solid, conventional base. That helps everyone (design, product, stakeholders, dev) jump into real context sooner and bring value where it matters: the details, the edge cases, and what makes our product specific.

I lead a design team, which means most of my work isn't pixels, it's conversations. Staying in the room for strategy and stakeholder discussions, making sure design has a seat when decisions are made, and clearing the path so my team can focus on the work itself. Good design leadership is about creating the conditions for good design to happen.

I care deeply about reducing cognitive load. For users, but also for the people I work with. Familiar patterns, clear documentation, implementation guides that bridge the gap between intent and what ships. Design doesn't end at handoff. It ends when it ships right, and that means staying close to the process all the way through.

I like moving fast when the moment is right. Not recklessly, but with enough trust in the foundation to know it'll hold. Sometimes the right move is to trust the momentum and iterate live rather than wait for the perfect mockup.

On the side, I'm part of a creative project called Strangers Collective.
